Hi, I am just going to ask if I can fill out an online application in behalf of my mother who is in her home country and I am here now in Canada. Second, can i use my Canadian credit card to pay for her processing fees? Third, regarding online/login account (cic account) should I fill it out as if my mother is the one answering it? - regarding personal checklist (cic account) should I answer yes bout ''using a representative'' and it is asking a letter too. Or not necessarily? I will just click No?

If you create a new GCKey for your mom's application + if it seems like she is applying on her own (you are only managing her account) then no 'Use of representative' form is required

Any documents which cannot be uploaded to specific sections must be combined into a single PDF file and uploaded to the Optional/Letter of explanation section.

Yep, I did that. But I am confused i read somewhere, I don't know if it is correct with the question ''how you are related to the family member'' instead of answering Parent/Grandparent I should have answered Child something so it will reflect on the checklist that I am applying for Super visa. I am confused.
