Hello

i want to know that requirement for super visa sponsorship is same for new investor immigrant
also as if he can sponsor for super visa to mother in law just after landing as he has a landed as investor

I want to know that if someone have immigrated in investor category
and the property shown to prove worth....after immigration if he sale property in his home country
is there any tax in quebec on this property sale in home country .
and is there any tax to keep property
and my second question is... can he sponsor his mother in law and
father in law just after 2 months of immgration and if yes what
will be the right way sponsor for pr or for supervisa

Yes - they are the same.

You can apply for the super visa once you meet the income requirements and your income is coming from a Canadian source.
