Hi Seniors, can you please guide how many years i should have stayed in Canada before i can apply for super visa for my parents?? I am aware about the income requirement , but CIC nowhere mentions any minimum time one should have stayed in canada before applying for supervisa.
Some friends told me that if you apply within one year of landing , chances of rejection are high.
Seniors can guide. Please help.

You can apply for the super visa immediately on arriving to Canada provided you have a job in Canada that meets the low income cut off requirements.

To be approved, your parents will have to demonstrate they have strong ties to their home country and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term.
