Super visa

Hello every body
I am a 63 mom in Canada with super visa which started from 15 Januarey 2015 .in entry to canada the officer let me stay untill Aguest 2016 . In that day(15 Augest 2016)my passport will expire.last month Igot a new passport but Idont know What should I do to transfer my visa to my new passport for my next entry.

Nothing to do, when travelling jus carry the two passports

Can anyone please tell me where to apply for Super Visa for my mother in Islamabad Pakistan. Is it through FedEx?

Go to scic .gc.ca English ,visit,fparents grand parents,....... And then read the guid and then you know what to do
