Super visa stamping

Hello all,

I have applied my parents supervisa in May 2022. Haven't received the PPR yet. However they have a valid visitor visa since they visited us last year.
I need them here as I have an infant at home n I am restarting work post matt leave.

Can their passports be stamped in Canada? Rest all other procedures are completed in the home country (India).
