I am planning to sponsor my parents on super visa. My mother will get knee replacement after 18 to 24 months as prescribed by doctor. Can I use doctor's note and add in the file to support it as return reason ?

Unless the surgery is already scheduled it likely will cause more concern than benefit you. There may be concerns that your mother will be a burden on the Canadian health system or will try to remain in Canada based on mobility issues.
