Hi

My supervisa got rejected today stating applicant funds are not sufficient and they think he will not return to India . My 2 kids are in Canada and they are married and Canadian citizen. My wife is already in Canada on super visa. I had been guaranteed earlier super visa and tourist visa. I have been to UK twice as my one child lives in UK. Though sponsor has shown more than 100k cad and I had shown approx INR 1000K and have shown property in India. I have rental income too in India. Anyone has experienced or can guide for next steps

Supervisa is based mainly on one of your children's NOA for 2025. Do they meet LICO for the number of people in the family including your wife? Given kids and spouse are in Canada then what did you show that you have ties to return? job letter with approved leave, business, and income property with leases.

Yes she does meet. I am retired and have property in India

I have reviewed the application. The purpose of the applicant's visit to Canada is not

consistent with a temporary stay given the details provided in the application. The applicant's

assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for

themselves (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable). Weighing the factors in this

application, I am not satisfied that the applicant will depart Canada at the end of the period

authorized for their stay.

Weird. Looks like TRV reasons, not super visa.
