Hi, I hope you could help me again. I have applied my mother for supervisa but she got rejected. I’ve mistakenly wrote on the letter that she’s coming to take care of me after giving birth. My questions are:

If I would re-apply again, are they still going to check my 1st application? Because I’m not going to write on the invitation letter about my pregnancy this time.

2nd, would they count my unborn child as my dependant already?

Thank you in advance!

yes they do check on the first application because they have everything on record.

Yes they will know abt the first app, so your second one you should reword it to say she will spend time with you and your child, no mention of taking care of anyone. You cant ignore the pregnancy, as its already on record from the first app
