Super Visa refused by mistake

Unfortunately they made mistakes to look at income even though we submitted cra notice of assessment. Refusal letter says we don’t meet the income requirements which is not true.
Hoping your support what should I do now?

Submit a webform pointing out this mistaken and request reconsideration.
 
Thanks for quick response. I will do it as soon as possible. If still we not get response from them what will be our next steps?

I am really concerned how qualified someone look at our file. My family income is more than that for total of 5 persons. Even my mom already visited Canada before. What a mistake and frustrating after waiting for long time.
 
Have you met the new 2023 LICO requirements for your family size? How much income did your most recent NOA show? Did you receive any EI? That would have to be deleted from Income total.
