Hi everyone,
I am new to this forum. I have been struggling with my mom's supervisa application since a few months. First I tried applying through my account but then I realized that the application needs to come from outside Canada, So I made her an account at the IRCC portal and am trying to finish the application there. I have a few questions which I hope someone can answer.
1. When I started the application through signing in through my log in , the application documents asked for digital photo and documents like purpose of visit etc.
But the IRCC portal does not ask for these. The IRCC portal does not even ask to upload the application form. I am assuming the application form is the series of questions they ask? The other forms like the representative forms are being asked to upload but they are not on the portal? where can I get these forms then?
2. Do I submit my citizenship card/passport copy with the invitation letter?
3. I am not working, but our family income meets way beyond the LICO. But my NOA is negligible. Where it asks to upload proof of income can I upload my and my spouse's NOA too? Then I will also need to upload our marriage certificate right? Can all these be uploaded in the proof of income ?
4. Unfortunately my mom does not own the house. but has lived there for 50 years. It is her home but there is no ownership document. I am assuming property ties are out of question then , But are pensions from banks considered financial ties?
5.Once I finish the application can I submit it form here and pay from a Canadian credit card? or it has to be submitted from India and paid with an Indian card?

I really hope someone can help me with these questions so I can finish the application soon.

The other forms like the representative forms are being asked to upload but they are not on the portal? where can I get these forms then?Google and download it and fill and have your mom sign it and upload - based on the answer you give
2. Do I submit my citizenship card/passport copy with the invitation letter?you can
3. I am not working, but our family income meets way beyond the LICO. But my NOA is negligible. Where it asks to upload proof of income can I upload my and my spouse's NOA too? Yes you can but if NOA is negligible then I am not sure
Then I will also need to upload our marriage certificate right? Can all these be uploaded in the proof of income ?Marriage certificate is not proof of income
4. Unfortunately my mom does not own the house. but has lived there for 50 years. It is her home but there is no ownership document. I am assuming property ties are out of question then , But are pensions from banks considered financial ties?Depends on the officer and how he views it. Does she have pension?
5.Once I finish the application can I submit it form here and pay from a Canadian credit card? or it has to be submitted from India and paid with an Indian card? You can do it online from here

I really hope someone can help me with these questions so I can finish the application soon.

Thanks for your response,
Based on your answers I will try to upload a document for family income too, I know marriage certificate is not proof of income obviously, but the reason I asked the question was since I am showing my husband's NOA, I thought the visa officer would like have proof that he is my husband, hence the marriage certificate.
Thanks again for your responses.

You can always show as much as you want so long as you make it coherent and present it rightly.
