Super Visa Processing Location- online versus paper application

Hello my friends :
I have an unusual question . If I apply for Super Visa for my parent(s) online is it processed in Canada ? and If they apply personally via local VFS global office in their country of residence is it processed there in their country of residence ? If so does the processing time differ between the 2 methods based on your experience ?

It could be processed by any visa office in the global visa office network.

Most probably, yes

If so does the processing time differ between the 2 methods based on your experience ?

IRCC only publishes the processing time as per the country of residence. There's no way of know about the difference in processing times + it would vary depending on the application
