Super visa - Place of birth confusion

Hi all.
My father is applying for a super visa. When filling out information about his parents on the online portal, he was prompted to enter place of birth for his parents.
His parents were born in British India (pre-partitioned India), and later migrated to Pakistan. But there is no option for British India. What should I do? Has anyone faced something similar?
