my mom got Canadian visa 5 years but entry for 6 months then she went to US to renew it she came back after a month and there is no stamp in the passport what doe that mean?

Others can comment as well but no stamp usually means 6 month maximum stay. Was there already an unexpired stamp ?

6 months' stay.

She can apply to extend her stay about 30 days before her current visitor status expires. BTW she is not *renewing* her visa

It would be best to apply to extend her stay instead of visiting the US. The maximum extension would be 6 months. However, at some point soon, she would need to go back to her home country or else her entry/extension could be refused or limited
