I have seen supervisa medical insurance policy and it seems like they only cover emergency medical services.

Has anyone in past purchased full medical insurance which can include general doctor visits also ?

There are some policies like tihs, however they have a lot of restrictions and are much more expensive. IMO you will spend less money if you get the emergency coverage through insurance and pay for non-emergency / general care out of pocket. This will end up being cheaper than trying to get everything covered under an insurance policy.
