Super Visa - length of stay

Hi! My partner and I are submitting an application for his 82 year old mother who is coming to visit us from Brazil. We would ideally like her to stay for as long as possible (up to 5 years); she previously had an eTA with a valid US nonimmigration visa that allowed her to make multiple trips up to 6 months at a time. But it is too hard (and expensive) for her to fly back and forth, and she wants to come for an extended visit.

We received some advice that it was better to request a shorter visit (1.5-2 years) because a visit of 5 years would require showing significant savings (in addition to annual income).

She renewed her visit recently so it is valid until March 2034.

Question: if we state her visit will be 1.5 (or 2) years, is there a chance we will only get a Super Visa for that length? Or, do all Super Visas come with the 'up to 10 year or until the passport expires' timeline?

Thank you for any insight you may have!
