Super Visa - help pleaseee

Hello everyone,

My parents just applied for the visa application and got rejected right away. I wrote an invitation letter to sponsor them to come to Canada as visitors, NOT a super visa. I actually did not buy health insurance because they just wanted to come for 3 weeks or so. I don't know if It was the reason why they got rejected . My mom applied for the visa one time few years ago to visit me and she couldn't qualify because I was an international student in Canada, so that was understandable but now I am a permanent resident and I just wanted them to live here for 3 weeks to see if they like it or not. But too bad, they couldn't come now. And I think my mom is listed under inadmissibility category which makes me worried. I am now starting applying for the super visa and this time I will buy the health insurance for them. Do you thin my parents still have chance to come this time if I start the application over again.

I am sad and worried right now. I thought I could see my parents. What can I do now? I don't want to waste time and money if they can never have a second chance to apply one more time

If you have a little bit of extra money I suggest you seek the help of an immigration lawyer /agency, because they know better about the laws and processes. Try MERCAN canada. They might charge you from processing fees. etc but They are tried and tested and very nice people. They are honest and won't tell you up front if there is nothing they can do. i actually got into Canada because of them. I think they have a website too. I am saying this because you said your mom has been put in the inadmissible list and things maybe more complicated because of that. So a little help won't hurt.
