Super Visa from Bangladesh

Hi,

I've applied for my mother in law for super visa..and she got the passport back with Medical exam paper, so how do I send the passport back again after the medical exam to the same place where i applied initially or I've to wait until the visa office ask for me to submit the passport again... can anyone explain the process.. please please please..as soon as possible...thanks a lot in advance.....
