Super visa for parent of someone who just got PR?

I recently got my PR but has never been to Canada before. At present I am in US with my mom.

Can I apply for a super visa for my parents from US and just drive over to Canada? At present I have a US job and have salary here, would that be enough to show as finance proof?

No - you can't.

The income must be from Canadian sources to qualify for a super visa. So you will have to wait until you are in Canada and working (and making sufficient income in that job to meet the low income cut off).

For now they can only apply for a regular visitor visa.
