Hi, I apologize if this question has already been answered elsewhere.

My parents applied for a Super Visa through the portal (I helped them submit the application). My father received a second medical request, which he completed, and the medical has since been cleared. My mother received her visa within about 5–6 months, but my father’s application appears to be stuck even though his medical was cleared about 3 months ago. The total processing time for his application has now reached 11 months.

I have submitted three webforms, but each time I received only an automated reply. I was wondering if there is an email address where I could send a query directly.

As far as I know, the application is being processed at the Abu Dhabi office (an IRCC officer mentioned this to me once). Unfortunately, the officer cannot share much information with me since I am not listed as a representative on the application.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could guide me on who I can reach out to in order to escalate my father’s application.

No direct contact is possible. All you can do is wait. Each of your parent's application is considered separately on it's own merits, so processing times can vary.
