Super Visa & Canada PR Confirmation in Portal - while visiting US

My parent currently holds SUPERVISA landed in Canada in January 2023. Parent is currently visiting US & in US on a vacation for 2 weeks, currently planning to return August 1st week. During this time, PR has been approved and confirmation of Permanent residence is available in CIC portal now. In order to confirm the PR status, should declare the physically present in Canada.

Questions:
1) Can Parent enter Canada using existing Super Visa while before PR confirmation in portal? And whether Super-Visa will be accepted by Canada Border services while returning to Canada via Flight. ?
2) Is the SuperVisa still valid while the PR confirmation is not yet completed ?

Better to have them do the confirmation once they return to Canada. I am fairly confident they do not change or cancel any existing visas until PR confirmation is complete i.e. the supervisa should be valid upon their return on the 1st.

They may get asked at the border, that's fine and normal - they got the approval but were out of canada when they got the notification.
