It's been almost a year now since we started applying my parents super visa application. My dad already approved on his super visa application and got his visa stamp last 2 months ago.
My mom's application is kinda unknown, because she got denied 2 times already because of "biometrics not compliant". We don't know what's happening but my moms always complying with her biometrics after getting the Biometrics Instructions letter. In her 3rd application now, it's been 2 weeks already passed after she did a biometrics again in VFS. But in her application Biometrics still not reflecting.
VFS Agent also got confused why she is doing biometrics again, they saw in the system that her that she is doing biometrics for the 3rd time.
Our agency also submit a webform to raise this concern. But no response until now.
Does anyone encountered the same problem? it's really frustrating because we don't really know who is having issue why the biometrics is not reflecting
Hoping someone her encountered and know how to solve this issue.
