Summer term off

Hello.
As I was checking my university's calendar, they haven't mentioned summer term as a scheduled term or scheduled break. Does that mean I am free to take summer term off without affecting my study permit and PGWP? Instead there are some course that are required to be taken continuously (from Jan to July winter/summer term). Is it possible I can take a break between July to September (before the start of fall term) without affecting my study permit?

Ask your university, if you have required courses during the summer term then you shouldn’t be taking the summer off. That would impact your PGWP if not a scheduled break.
