Hi, in 2017, 2018, 2019 I've been contracted from May - October each year to work as a Techie at a summer camp, which meant I was solely responsible for everything technology related, with a huge focus on networking. This included many of the responsibilities listed for NOC code 2281 -
Computer network technician

Depsite my role being so dynamic, my employer is happy to write my reference letter to fit the NOC above.

So, my questions are:

1) I believe I would reach the minimum amount of weeks, however the only proof of hours I have would be my payslips from 2019, which clearly states 80 hours biweekly, but then for 2017 and 2018, I only have my T4s but nothing to state hours. (employer can confirm I worked 40 hours per week during those years) the reason for this is because previously I asked to be paid at end of contract as accommodation and food is included, and then last summer I asked to be paid biweekly.

2) Contracts with dates, proof of payment, T4a and reference letter, would this be enough?

To summarise, I've worked at a camp for the required weeks and hours, reference letter would be main source of proof with payslips, contracts and T4s. Job title is more of a general term for the environment I worked in, and doesn't necessarily correlate with the more professional noc titles. But I've had similar responsibilities, hours, weeks etc.

Can anyone see a problem with using this as valid experience? I've even considered going back for the next 2 summers to make sure I have enough payslips which clearly mentions hours.

Any help would be appreciated.

What immigration stream are you applying under?

2017 and 2018 could be an issue since it sounds like you were only paid a stipend at the end of the four month period rather than a full salary throughout.

Sorry, I thought I'd posted in the correct place it'll be for Canadian Experience Class.

And yes, I assumed 2017 and 2018 could be a little tricky, so I've considered going back for the next 2 summers as it fits in with my current plans.

What kind of work permit did you hold at the time?

What kind of work permit did you hold at the time?

2017/2018 I had an open IEC work permit, 2019 was just a temporary closed work permit through an agency. (the camp is religion based, so there may be some kind of exemption)
