Suggestions and recommendations about Pnp

Hey all,
I have a work permit of 8 months and after my 6 months of work exp. I will apply for EOI, and then PNP but because I have time constraint and I will have only 2 months left after applying for EOI, which means the chances of getting my pnp approval are less and because of which I will have to get a bounded work permit from the employer. Long story short, is there any way in which I can avoid having a bounded work permit and then can have an open work permit instead?
