Hi,

Today I completed 1095 days after excluding all travel dates, do you suggest to wait for few more days to apply citizenship or can I apply now?
Thanks in advance

Wait for another 2 weeks and then apply but check and fill physical presence accurately keeping your passport seals etc for any dates you travelled and just forgot about the short visit.

The reason for waiting is just in case there are any accidental omissions or errors in your physical presence calculation. If you're right on 1095 days and it turns out you mistakenly forgot just one single trip out of Canada, suddenly you don't qualify anymore and your application will be rejected! With a buffer, that error is easily fixed and your overall eligibility is still OK.

So nobody can answer this question except yourself - are you absolutely 100% sure that you have not forgotten any trips outside of Canada during the previous 5 years that might reduce your physical presence below 1095? If you're sure, then go right ahead and apply now!

If you're even 0.001% unsure though, give yourself a little more of a buffer. You've come this far - what's one or two more weeks matter, for the sake of reducing the risk?

I recommend at least a week. Maybe 2. Too many people here have made a mistake, even when originally convinced for sure that they didn't forget anything, and it cause a rejection.

I think you are also missing one thing. The wait does not cost you much. Its more of an insurance (just in case scenario).

In simpler words, what are going to lose by getting your application cpl of weeks later? Its not a race, you are going to get it ultimately. In the grand scheme of things, cpl of weeks is a drop in the ocean. So do it right once.

As everyone else said: Wait. Even if you yourself are 100% sure about your dates, submitting an application with exactly 1,095 days will, from the start, lead the officer to scrutinize your application very carefully. Wait two weeks or so, then apply.

There is nothing you lose in waiting two weeks. Look at the spreadsheet, often people who submitted a bit later got AOR earlier than others. What I'm saying is that regarding processing time, two weeks is nothing. Regarding risk of being either rejected or over-scrutinized waiting these two weeks is everything.

The IIRC website doesn't seem to have information on how recent it needs to be. If you've not visited and are not visiting the country again, since December 2017, I expect they'll accept it. (I would add a note to point out I've not been to the country since, and that's the reason why I didn't request another certificate).
