guess might help if you shared what course you are looking for and maybe which province. Your question as worded maybe wrong impression suggests you are simply looking for some random course just to get a study permit. Without more specifics unlikely you will get any responses.

i would recommend Centennial College...you need to look up on their website with regards to tuition fee, etc. this varies depending on your program https://www.centennialcollege.ca/

Thank you so much but what's your recommendation based on and what are the LEAST/MINIMUM living expenses as a student in Toronto?

International tuition fee is very expensive. Your tuition depends on th course you are selecting because I remember when I switched program my tuition decreased. You will have to look up the tuition. That's something you should research. Other colleges besides centennial college are Seneca, George Brown, Humber college. Living expenses is cheaper if you look for places outside college campus or colleges have posting for students looking for roommate.

Centennial gives you an estimate for living expenses of $12,000 per year

I thought I needed around 18 thousands per year as 1500 a month. Are you sure that 1000$ is enough for rent, clothes, food, transportation and other things? If that's for real then I'd be happy for saving some money..

About roommates, how can I find one?

You will find better deal when you actually et here and roommates are easy when you start making friends in college. Centennial college have a lot of support to help international students fit in. 1000$ is more than enough depending to the area you are in. It's better to find somewhere close to college. Transportation student gets a discount not sure how much. If you have a kitchen where u stay and try to cook instead of eating out. $1000 would work just fine. I live in the city where it is much much more expensive and I can cover all expenses with $1761. Just budget urself and don't get carried away with impulsive spending
