sudden Health issues/Injuries while application is approved

hi,
i applied for work permit LMIA exempt as post grad student. have submitted my passport, and received port of entry letter (expiry date 2017/05/30). passport yet to receive. i got injury and might be i have to take rest for 3 months. what if i got my passport with visa stamp on it????please guide me regarding this asap

Looks like you have applied for PGWP outside Canada. You must enter Canada before 2017/05/30 to get PGWP.
