Sud we wait for our marriage before we apply

Hi,

My girlfriend has recieved her ITA on 04/09/2019 and her deadline to complete the aaplication is 03/11/2019.

Our wedding has been planned on 19/10/2019 which we plan to intimate IRCC about the changes.

Need your advice if we should apply for her individually before the marriage date or wait for marriage and apply together keeping in mind the deadline of application which is of utmost importance.
