Hi,

So, we're ready to send in the application package, and we've seen on the forum how some people have gone to great lengths in organizing their forms and documents such as making cover pages and tables of contents, etc.

Is this really beneficial to the review process? Or a waste of time?

Is it sufficient to just organize everything in the order listed on the "Documents Checklist"?

Hi

There isn't really a need to make cover pages or tables of contents.

Most people organize everything in 3 sections: sponsor forms, applicant forms and proof of relationship. Organizing the documents in the order of the checklists is the easiest way to do it.

It doesn't matter too much, as CIC rearranges everything as soon as they open the app anyways.

For me, the organization of documents is more for me so that when I review it I can be sure I haven't missed anything.
