Submitting PR Application without 2019 CRA Document

Does anyone know if I have to wait for my sponsor to file his taxes for 2019 before submitting? We have his T4 Statement of Income from 2018, but his employer hasn't yet provided the same for 2019, so he can't file yet. I would like to include his 2018 T4 with a note indicating we will forward the 2019 CRA document as soon as possible. Has anyone else done the same?

No, you don't have to wait. It isn't even possible for the majority of people to file until at LEAST Feb. Include the 2018.
