If I think that I had missed a document that later IRCC may or may not ask or a replacement document of something that I felt at the time of eapr shall be fine only to know later that I should have submitted which IRCC is more used to see from my particular region so shall I upload that by raising CSE??

Yes you can. At times they might get back to you again with same document as ADR simply re upload it again.

I hope I was able to communicate second part of my question clearly.

Lets say I submitted document x but CIC is more used to see document y from my particular region, even though in the eyes of authorities of my region document x = document y. So shall I submit document y and mention them that since majority of people submit document y but I submitted document x so that’s why I m submitting document y

I did get your point and that's what I meant too. At times it might take longer for the CPC to forward it to your VO and you might get an ADR.
