Guys anyone submitted his papers without Police certificate and/or Medical check providing LOE (Letter Of Explanation) only and got his papers accepted or got the PR?

Submitting LOE only and missing police certificates and Medical Check due to COVID 19? Any one got PR?

No. All the LOE does is give you more time to get the medical and PCC done. You still have to complete these activities. PR cannot be approved without completing the medical and providing police certificates.
Ae you in the same situation? you submitted just LOE. I need to know what is the IRCC respond to this kind of application?
I uploaded an older Police check that I have and older medical check with the LOE. Let us see, hopefully they will accept it.
They will give you more time to provide PCCs and complete the medical.
The older medical will not be accepted. Medicals cannot be more than a year old.
The same goes for the PCCs. They have to be for the required dates.
