Submitting form details for occupation

I am submitting EE form and got stuck in the form where I need to put Occupation details. The form states:

Date Mr SOMEONE first became qualified to practice in this occupation
If the "primary occupation" is:
- a qualified trade (four-digit code begins with 632, 633, 72, 73, 82, 92), this is the date they became qualified to practice on their own in Canada. (For example, when they moved from apprentice to being a licensed tradesperson.)
- any other job, this is the date they first obtained the minimum education or training stated in the NOC description. (Note: if the NOC only states high school, this is the date they graduated.)

The situation is: I have started working as Web Designer since 2013 after self learning and practice. I started my MSCIT from Sikkim Manipal University from Aug 2012 which I completed on July 2016.

I need to fill the form with year and month. What is the best option to fill in the dates ? Do I fill the date the month I graduated (July 2016) or the date I started working as stated on my work experience letter.

Please help.

Your should put the date of your graduation. Have u got an ECA done for your degree, pls note that only IQAS recognizes degrees from SMU

Yes, I already have my ECA accessed by IQAS.

One more question, for ECA assessed by IQAS they've mentioned:

The Master's degree generally compares to the completion of a one-year Master of Science degree with a focus in information technology.

Which of the following option should I choose:

• One-year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute
• Two-year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute
• Bachelor's degree OR a three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute
• Master's degree, or professional degree needed to practice in a licensed profession
