Hi there we were asked to upload our police clearance and medical exam. After doing so the website says documents uploaded- not submitted to IRCC.. does this mean we need to try again or just waiting? Thank you
after upload, you have to click 'continue' button and then it will lead to a page where you can sign electronically and after that documents will be sent to IRCC.
