Submitting documents in Tel Aviv in which language?

Hello all,

I have the question about the documents those I must submit to Tel Aviv embassy within 120 days.
I have some document in Russian those I will translate notarizeted in to English.
But also I have some documents in Hebrew.
Need I translate this documents to English?

You really should read the visa office instructions for Tel Aviv, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37039.pdf English or French if not must have notarized translation.
