I recently resubmitted my application after a refusal and I did not include a flight itinerary. I was denied a visa the first time around because the visa officer didn't believe I would leave after my intended stay in Canada. Can I submit the itinerary now? Would I do so by sending an email to my visa office or should I submit an IRCC web form?
