Hello i am interested by the immigration by request the CSQ(certificate of selection to quebec)
I have completed my profile in the website (Mon Projet Quebec) but not submitted yet because the official dates for submission have not been announced yet , although i am been worried because it has been a long time, so can i get some informations on the following :
-Knowing that candidates who have a valid job offer or are permanent residents of quebec can post their submission at any time and are not subjected to the reception date period.
I am wandering if there will be some filtering done to keep only those who fulfill the last criterias and then open reception for all candidates by announcing the date.
-And if so how is this filtering will be done, since the valid job offer information is not precised in your profile.
-Most important if i submit my profile now, knowing that i am not permitted to, would my request be rejected or not.
