Submitting Complaint for GCMS Notes

Hello,

I want to submit a complaint as the notes have been delayed for quite a while now. We are day 56 now with no end in sight and the complaints have to be submitted within 60 days.

I am unsure which department to lodge the complaint on. Would it be IRCC?
 
Sorry that doesn't have the information I need. When I go to the webpage to submit complaint, I am prompted with "which department" and I am confused with who the complaint would go against. IRCC officers or ATIP people who are responding to the emails...

IRCC would be the department responsible for actually processing the ATIP/PA request.

Thanks, in that case is it advised to submit complaints? I guess I don't want to be poking the bear...

Sure, why not... It's not going to have a negative effect your application.
