Submitting CIC Profile and Points

Hi everyone,

I have my undergrad ECA and all other information and would like to go ahead and submit my profile while waiting for my graduate school ECA to be completed. My questions are, would submitting and then updating the education portion of my profile be a problem?

Also, once you complete your profile, do you have to fully submit it to see how many points you have? Or does this come later?

You can submit an EE profile without needing any documents and you will get your points. Until you receive an ITA, you can update your profile as much as you want, but once you get an ITA, the profile is locked and it cannot be updated unless you decline your invitation which will free it up for editing again.
