this info is very helpful too it answered all my thoughts and was enlightened me more...

But I have few questions for the MAPP forms page 1 and 6

page 1 - in the residential address i put my current address in a place where im living now(saudi arabia)
while in my mailing address i put my address in the Philippines were these correct?

page 6- My uncle in Manitoba told me that I must not declare any representative and he told me that he will only endorse me through settlement plan2. My question is, in page 6 of MAPP forms (MAPP schedule 3) - information Release and Applicant Declaration - do i need to fill up this portion? though I signed it at the bottom part. because he put N/A in my drafts application.

Any good advice regarding this matter.

Thanks
@ itguy29

Unfortunately I am not in the best position to offer shared experience on MPNP applications (am not on that program :) ) - there are other threads for this in this forum - search for them and put in your MPNP-specific request.

There are other seniors there in the MPNP application threads - one of them is carl ziess - you can direct your question to him....http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/mpnp-application-2012-t104640.0.html

as well as to others in that thread.

/hope this helps....

God willing this is my last question, is it possible for me to get an NBI clearance while I am here in Saudi Arabia, considering that I will also obtain my police clearance from here God willing?

Do they have extended services in the Philippine consulate or embassy here?

Thanks!

Best bet is to call up consular services in KSA. They have this process in place.

You may be aware due to the system changes with getting an NBI clearance now - everybody has to provide biometric info. Your old records are now irrelevant - no more renewal. So for those out of the country, it is quite a process. But it is possible. Process is different per consulates. The NBI website also has info on this...

You really are of great help ragluf. Thank you so much.

Btw, what do you think is the average processing time in Manila VO? Is it really 12 months as what is mentioned in the CIC site?

If you are referring to PR applications with CEM as VO, then you can go by what the processing time as stated on the CIC website - accurate for 80% they say on the cases processed. Also you need to ensure you submit a complete application the first time.

In reality, still keeping my finger's crossed that this holds true. Keep note CEM does have a shorter processing time than other VOs, and still you have to be patient. So far, on my timeline, I am still within that 12 months :) :).

God willing you will be done soon! :-)

One last question, I know I said this many times previously, bear with me, LoL, the initial fee you paid when submitting the application to Nova Scotia is $500 Canadian dollars right? When do we pay the second fee which is the right for permanent residency?

Salamat

Processing fee is $550 for the PR application - you need to include this payment on your submission to CIO-Sydney. See the document below:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5620E.pdf

RPRF (Right of Permanent Residence Fee) is requested after your file has been transferred to a VO and is included to added requirements (MR, etc.) requested of you - it comes later in the application stage.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-how.asp
On this link, look at the right side : ' I need to....' - click on the 'Calculate Application Fees' - this shows you the fees that you may incur in your application.

I see. I guess that's it for the day. Thank you ragluf. :D
