Hi,

I submitted my application under CEC in May '14 and have received the AOR #. My employer had refused to give me an experience letter - so I provided 'other supporting documents'. After submission, I got hold of 1-2 more supporting documents that may help support my case.

1. Is it ok for me to submit these documents without CIC asking me for any additional information yet?
2. If yes to above, will they consider these additional documents or ignore them?
3. Should I send the documents by email or post, or does that not matter?

Any info on this matter is appreciated!

What kind of additional documents are you considering to submit? If it is a refusal from your employer to provide a reference letter or ang document that shows your work experience or duties submit right ahead via email.

3. Should I send the documents by email or post, or does that not matter? Not 100 % sure , But if i were you i send through email and then hard copy also

Any info on this matter is appreciated!

Hope this will be helpful
Thanks

Contradicting inputs :), but still thankful to receive them.

Yes, it is an email that I obtained of refusing to provide an employer letter.

My concern is that since currently that is not a part of my packet that the officer will review, he may choose to directly reject my case, without asking for additional information. So instead, if I send this document ahead of time, then maybe the officer will have this document by the time he/she reviews it.

Is my concern valid?

My intention was not to confuse you , Yes If this is refusal letter from your employer please send it to CIC, ANYWAY IT IS A MAIL SO YOU CAN TEAK 100 OF PRINTOUT AND SEND THEM AGAIN IF THEY NOT ATTACH THIS DOCUMENT AT THIS TIME :) I was worried that you are trying to send some document like ex. R & R and what if CIC ignore it when you are sending then before they asked you. cause you have one copy only ;D ;D

Ah ok!

Yes, thats the good part. This is an email of which I can make a million copies if required.

I am guessing that when sending by post, its the same address where I sent my original application package to.
Do you know the exact email ID where I can attach and send this email?

Generally only original copies of language and PCC are supposed to be mailed. I had sent my T4, NOA, employment letters via email. Scanned copies normally suffices.

Hi Maniac2403,
I am FSW 2014 applicant. I have sent my package to CIC on 24-Jul and it will take another 2-3 months for CIC to open my package and charge my DD. I do not have UCI number. Can i send my wife's original IELTS scorecard to CIC now to gain additional points (I got to know that I need few points now after reviewing few posts here). Please advise whether CIC will consider my document or it will be lost somewhere.
Thanks in advance!

Hello, can you kindly post your queries in this thread? http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/skilled-worker-professional-immigration-b4.0/

Many of us are not familiar with the FSW process.
