Submitted my profile - now I have a job offer

So I submitted my application 2 weeks ago. Just got a notification the other day that I have passed my medicals. Today, I got a job offer and am wondering if I should share this update. Will it delay processing or will it expedite it? I've heard if you submit additional documents or provide an update, your file goes back to the bottom after being viewed.

Given that I have passed my medicals and am currently in the IP2 stage, what should I do?

Is the job offer supported with an approved LMIA?

No. Would it need to be?

When I submitted my application a few weeks ago, I had mentioned that I was currently looking for jobs/interviewing. I now have a job. Would it not make my application stronger if I showed that I now have a job?

It makes no difference if it's not LMIA. No reason to upload it.
