Submitted Express profile after one year experience

Hi i had experience from 18 march 2019 to 21 march 2020,From 22 march i put Leave of absence at my work ,Now i submitted my Express profile on 7 th april 2020, but recently i got to know my hours are less than 1560, As 2 biweekely periods i worked 50 hours,Now since i submitted my profile,if i start working more hours to complete my remaining hours, Will it be considered?

Yes, profile submission has nothing to do with eligibility. You should be eligible when you apply (after receiving invitation to do so).
