Submitted application for study permit a bay before getting into my dream admit.

Greetings everyone,

I just applied for study permit with details of the university.
The next day I got into a much better university in anther city.

Please tell me how can I communicate to GIC that I want study permit to go to this other university and not the one I applied for initially.
