I'm posting this on behalf of my brother who applied for PR via express entry next year. My whole family now Canadian PR and he is the last one who is waiting for it at the moment. Quick background: He submitted an application in Nov 2017, but was rejected in Mar 2018 because of a missing document. He applied for EE again, got an ITA and submitted another application in April 2018, all documents attached this time. However, after receiving an AoR, we have not heard a single thing from CIC. Literally no updates.
Background not done, eligibility not done.. My brother's IELTS and medical have already expired. We've tried to email and call CIC but they said everything is fine just need to wait. It's quite worrying and we just want an update on what's going on. We do not understand why its taking so long for him, when our entire family are PRs already.
Does anyone else have the same problem?
