Just payed "Rights of Permanent Residence fee" and waiting for the "Passport Request" , My question is : I Need to travel out of Canada without PR Card after i do the Landing, using the (IMM 5524) "Travel documents Permanent resident Abroad" can i submit this application with the $50 fee, when the "Passport Request" is ask from me, since its both asking to submit my Passport also, is it in the same address?

They are not going to issue you a PRTD when you are not yet even a PR. You will have to travel without your PR card and submit a separate request for a PRTD from wherever it is you are going when you are ready to come back to Canada without your PR card.
