hi, I see this from the IMM 7000 instruction guide, but I cannot find any barcodes in the forms, where can i find it?

Submit the application form
When submitting your application, to ensure your encoded data is captured, you must include the last page or pages which contain your unique barcodes. See the image below:

Note: This page is only available when you complete your application electronically (on a computer).
Documentation submitted with your application will not be returned.
You must keep a copy of the completed forms and all documents before sending them to the CIO.

Barcodes wont appear at initial stage...
youl have to fill up the whole form..
at the end there will be a validate button...
once u hit the button your data will be analyzed online and barcodes will be created at that point which will appear at the last pages of your form...

Once you completed your generic IMM 0008 FORM,click on the
validate button and a barcode will be generated.

thanks very much for the reply, but i have problem cannot complete that form.

my national ID number come with a bracket e.g. A123456(7)
but the form does not allow me to fill up the bracket
also my national ID document does not come with an expiry date which it is mandatory to fill that up otherwise the form will not be "completed" and the barcode wont come out

what should I do? please help, thanks again

It is not mandatory to mention your national ID. Just leave it blank or write NA.
