Submit passports to Los Angeles on Feb 21, no response so far.

Hi,

We got an email on Feb 16, 2012 said our PR application process has been completed and asked us to submit passport, RPRF, photos, etc. We submit those required stuff on Feb 17, 2012. From the UPS tracking information, our package was received and signed on Feb 21. But so far, we haven't heard anything from that LA office.

I wonder anyone can give me an idea what's happening?
