Submission of passport

Hi there!

Could someone please advise me if I can submit my passport at UAE visa center instead of Bangladesh, Singapore or Malaysia for permanent residency ( on the request form from CIC has mention these countries name only.) since I am leaving here in UAE.

You can request but you need to send wherever they ask.
