Hi there,

So there are a few forms in the CEC document package that are non required for me, namely the additional dependents, statement of common law union and nomination of a representative. For obvious reasons I do not have any information to fill these forms out. Now my question is, should I send these forms off in my package with a "Not Applicable" written somewhere on them or is it acceptable to omit them entirely?

I did not include those forms in my package at all and it was fine.
 
Mark the forms as 'N/A' on the checklist and do not include them in your package.
